What is included in the membership?
Your membership gives you access to exclusive content, resources, and community features designed to support your growth. This may include live sessions, downloadable materials, and a private member space.
How does the membership work?
Once you join, you’ll get immediate access to The Hub member platform. New content and sessions are added regularly, and you can log in anytime to access everything included in your plan.
Is the membership monthly or annual?
The membership is a monthly subscription. The monthly payments are taken from the date of sign up.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time from your subscription management page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive a payment confirmation email. Then you can access the platform and get started straight away. We recommend starting the Thrive Tracker first!
Are there live sessions included?
Yes, we regularly host live Member Monday sessions containing teachings, Q&As and workshops. You’ll be notified in advance so you can join in.
Is there a community or support network?
Yes, members get access to a private community space where you can connect, share, and grow alongside others on the same journey. Hub members also have the opportunity to join the accountability partnership when spaces become available. We even have member forums coming soon as well!
Can I access the membership on mobile?
Yes, the platform is fully accessible on mobile, tablet, and desktop, so you can engage wherever you are.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The membership is designed to support you at every stage, whether you’re just starting or looking to go deeper. We recommend starting with our Thrive Tracker to help you on your growth journey.
How often is new content added?
New content is added regularly to keep things fresh, relevant, and valuable for your journey. This includes daily devotionals, weekly live webinars, teachings and interactive content from our yearly conferences and more.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline a refund where appropriate. If you believe you’re eligible, please contact us with details of your request.
