Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about the day, so you can arrive confident and ready.
What time does the event start and end?
The event is on Saturday 21st March, doors open at 10am and the event concludes at 5pm.
Where is the event being held?
This year's event will be at Central Baptist Church Chelmsford. Full venue details, including address and directions, will be shared in your confirmation email.
Is there parking available at the venue?

Given the location's close proximity to Chelmsford Station there is no onsite parking.

Drop-off outside the church is available with local parking facilities available for all-day parking.

Are meals or refreshments included?
Yes. A light lunch and snacks are included in your ticket price, along with teas and coffees during the breaks. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy in the café area.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
Tickets will be available on the day. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance as places are limited. If there are any last-minute tickets available, we will announce this on our website and social media.
Will there be childcare available?

Yes, professional childcare is available through a qualified Christian nanny service.

  • Standard rate: £50 per child
  • Earlybird rate: £40 per child (available for a limited time until earlybird ticket promotion passes)
  • Sibling discount: May be available depending on ages and space — please contact us to enquire
  • Booking: A £20 non-refundable deposit per child is required to secure your place

Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance, so please get in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What is your refund/transfer policy?

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of event planning and the need to commit to venue, staffing, and material costs in advance, we have the following policy in place:

Refunds

Refunds are available up to three weeks (21 days) before the start date of the conference.
After this point, we are unable to offer any refunds, as resources and arrangements will have already been finalised.

To request a refund before the deadline, please contact us with your booking details. All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Ticket Transfers

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at any time. Simply inform us by email of the new attendee's full name and email address so we can update our records and admit them on the day.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What should I bring?
Just yourself — and a GIFT to donate or take from the Twirl Exchange Box. Notepads and pens are included in your welcome pack, so there's no need to bring your own.
Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue has the following services available:

  • Disabled toilets,
  • Sloped access to main entrance,
  • Lift to main hall.
Can I attend just part of the event?

You are welcome to attend the parts you're available for, though we encourage full attendance to get the most out of the day.

Can I bring a guest?
Only registered ticket holders will be admitted. If you’d like to transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know their full name and email address in advance.
Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?
Yes. Sessions will be recorded and made available exclusively to Twirl Members via the Twirl Hub website.
Is there a dress code?
There’s no formal dress code, but we recommend comfortable, modest attire suitable for the activities planned.
How can I get in touch with the organisers?
You can reach us by the contact link below or message us via our social media platforms.
